Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the 88d platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the 88d platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
88d reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited from registering or using any services provided by 88d.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 88d platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 88d reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with applicable security policies and laws.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your own responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact the 88d support team immediately at [email protected].
- Passwords must be unique and must not be shared with any party.
- Users are prohibited from transferring their account to another individual.
- 88d will never ask for your password via email or live chat.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 88d platform agree not to engage in any unlawful activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, use of false identities, or any form of system manipulation.
The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.
Users also agree not to post, upload, or distribute any content that is offensive, seditious, in breach of copyright, or contrary to Malaysian law. 88d reserves the right to remove such content and take appropriate action against users who violate these rules.
This platform is for personal, non-commercial use only. Any attempt to resell access, systematically exploit promotions, or abuse bonus programmes is a violation of these terms.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 88d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits using available local payment methods, including online banking via FPX and e-wallets such as TNG eWallet.
88d is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by third parties, including banks or payment service providers. Users are advised to verify that all payment details are correct before confirming any transaction.
Fund withdrawals are subject to an identity verification process that may require supporting documents. 88d reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are signs of suspicious activity or a breach of these terms. Deposits made cannot be transferred to third parties.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method.
- Transaction fees, if any, will be disclosed to users prior to confirmation.
- All transactions are final unless a technical error is acknowledged by 88d.
Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
88d makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or cyber threats at all times. To the extent permitted by law, 88d is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from use of the platform.
A user account may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Failure to submit identity verification documents upon request.
- Request from a competent authority.
- Account inactivity exceeding the period set by 88d management.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, 88d reserves the right to withhold the remaining account balance pending further investigation and a decision by management.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
All content on the 88d platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of 88d or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any such content without prior written consent.
The 88d platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. 88d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any external sites. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from use of the 88d platform shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
